Job Summary
Senior AI Platform Engineer responsible for designing, building, deploying, and operating scalable AI-powered solutions and platform components. Responsibilities include developing and optimizing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and AI agents, integrating multiple LLM providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI), creating reusable AI services, APIs, SDKs, and platform components, and implementing observability, evaluation, and governance for AI workloads. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI use cases and delivery roadmaps; contribute to MLOps practices, including CI/CD, model lifecycle management, and infrastructure automation; ensure security, scalability, resilience, and cost efficiency of AI solutions. Mentor engineers, stay current with AI technologies, and work within cloud-native architectures. Requires advanced degree and 5+ years in related roles; strong Python skills; experience with LangChain/LangGraph/Semantic Kernel or similar; familiarity with vector databases, RAG architectures, and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes); and excellent communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related field
- 5+ years of software/AI/ML/platform engineering experience
- Strong Python programming skills
- Experience with LLM applications and AI services
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and MLOps practices
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Strong API/microservices and distributed systems knowledge
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Advanced English
