Job Summary
Senior AI Partner Operations Manager responsible for enabling AI partner programs to drive revenue growth, delivery quality, and scalable partner readiness for SensibleAI initiatives; lead cross-functional enablement content creation (training guides, videos, assessments, playbooks), manage LMS experiences and analytics, own partner readiness governance, and collaborate with AI Delivery, Strategic Alliances, and Sales Enablement to deliver repeatable, high-quality partner experiences. Requires 7+ years in enterprise software or related field, 4+ years enabling partner ecosystems at scale, strong program management and stakeholder communication, and a Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline. Travel up to 10%.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise software, data-driven platforms, or software project implementation
- 4+ years experience leading partner ecosystem enablement at scale
- Strong presentation skills to external audiences
- Strong operational and project management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communications, Business, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience
