Job Summary
Conduct security assessments and red-team evaluations of AI and ML systems, including large language models, while developing automated testing frameworks in Python. Identify vulnerabilities, failure modes, and data leakage risks by analyzing model behavior and supporting deployment in Linux and containerized environments. Collaborate with intelligence analysts to assess operational risks, document findings for stakeholders, and provide recommendations to improve system resilience. Maintain TS/SCI clearance and support mission-focused AI initiatives within the Intelligence Community.
Required Qualifications
- TS/SCI with Polygraph
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of AI/ML experience, or 6+ years of related experience in lieu of a degree
- Experience with Python development and automated testing
- Experience working in Linux environments and with containerization technologies such as Docker
- Experience conducting security assessments, red-team activities, or vulnerability testing
- Ability to evaluate AI/ML system behavior and identify security risks
- Ability to communicate technical findings and risk assessments clearly
Desired Qualifications
- Experience red-teaming large language models (LLMs)
- Experience with AI/ML security testing and model evaluation
- Experience applying AI security findings to intelligence or operational workflows
- Knowledge of enterprise AI security tools and platforms
- Familiarity with anomaly detection, data fusion, or advanced analytics techniques
- Experience supporting DoD or Intelligence Community missions
