Job Summary
Design, develop, and optimize data pipelines and workflows supporting advanced analytics and AI/ML solutions. Implement and maintain scalable machine learning frameworks for enterprise-grade applications, building, training, and deploying models at scale while ensuring performance and reliability. Develop AI-driven solutions for predictive analytics, automation, and intelligent decision-making, applying GenAI tools for NLP, computer vision, and recommendation systems. Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and compliance best practices while contributing to Center of Excellence initiatives and reusable frameworks. Lead standards, mentoring, and best practices within the CoE. Join a team tackling enterprise-scale AI, ML, and GenAI initiatives with exposure to advanced analytics platforms and cloud-based engineering practices.
Required Qualifications
- 8–10 years of overall experience in the Data Analytics, AI, and Machine Learning domain
- Proven experience in Machine Learning Engineering, including: Building, training, and deploying ML models at scale
- hands-on experience with TensorFlow
- hands-on experience with PyTorch
- hands-on experience with Scikit-learn
- Developing AI-driven solutions for analytics and automation
- hands-on exposure to GenAI tools and frameworks
- Implementing AI algorithms for NLP
- Implementing AI algorithms for computer vision
- Implementing AI algorithms for recommender systems
- Platform knowledge at an intermediate level, with strong conceptual depth in AI/ML systems
- External certifications in Databricks
- External certifications in Microsoft Azure
