Senior AI/Machine Learning Engineer

Senior AI/Machine Learning Engineer needed for a consulting role at DevIQ to design, build, and deploy end-to-end ML/AI solutions for client projects. Responsibilities include framing business problems, data exploration, model training and evaluation, production deployment, and monitoring; applying generative AI/LLMs; establishing MLOps practices (CI/CD, experiment tracking, drift monitoring, responsible-AI); translating ambiguous problems into well-scoped solutions; presenting demos and recommendations to engineers and executives; mentoring teammates; and collaborating across multidisciplinary teams. Requirements include 4+ years of production ML experience, strong modeling and evaluation discipline, deep learning proficiency in PyTorch or TensorFlow, solid math/stats, hands-on experience with LLMs, Python and SQL, and cloud ML deployment experience. Preferred: Databricks/lakehouse, pre-sales/support experience, domain depth, research/open-source contributions; Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/ML or equivalent practical experience.
