Senior AI / Machine Learning Engineer

Senior AI / ML Engineer responsible for designing, building, and deploying production-grade ML features and data pipelines in real-world production environments. Work spans machine learning engineering, data pipelines, API development (internal gRPC and external REST), experimentation and optimization, and ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability of AI-powered services. Collaborate with product managers, backend/frontend engineers, QA, and design teams to deliver practical AI-driven product experiences. Leverage Python (and Java Spring Boot), ML/data libraries, ML lifecycle knowledge (training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring), MLOps tools, and cloud infrastructure (AWS) to build and deploy scalable ML services and integrate models into backend systems and microservices. Strong verbal/written English communication is required; Spanish is a bonus for projects targeting the Latin American market.
