Job Summary
Build scalable platform enablement for AI governance, including self-service workflows, reusable templates, risk tiering, and policy-driven controls. Define governance for agentic AI use cases covering human oversight, access management, monitoring, auditability, and escalation paths. Partner with data and AI engineers, IT compliance, and business stakeholders to translate laws like the EU AI Act into practical processes. Strengthen AI risk management by helping stakeholders navigate complex decisions and using automation to streamline audit trails. This role supports Redcare Pharmacy's Data & AI Governance team in driving responsible innovation across Europe's leading e-pharmacy.
Required Qualifications
- several years of hands-on experience in AI governance, AI risk management or AI compliance
- strong understanding of AI technologies and applicable governance frameworks, laws and standards, including but not limited to the EU AI Act
- Practical experience in governing AI agents
Desired Qualifications
- hands-on experience with Databricks and the Azure ecosystem
- Coding skills
