Job Summary
Develop and deploy AI agents using GenAI, LLMs, LangChain, and LangGraph to build agentic workflows in multi-agent environments. Design and implement microservices with Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, and MySQL while authoring scalable APIs. Apply test-driven development practices, conduct code reviews, and support CI/CD pipelines across development, staging, and production. Troubleshoot production and security issues, optimize database queries, and contribute to large-scale application design and documentation. Work in a hybrid model (2–3 days in office) from Krakow, Wroclaw, or Warsaw. Required Qualifications
- BS in Computer Science or related field
- 7+ years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience with GenAI, LLMs, and AI agent deployment
- 6+ years of Python experience in AI development
- 7+ years of experience with Core Java and java application development for Restful web services
- 7+ years of Java experience, including RESTful web services
- Deep knowledge of Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and build tools like Maven
- 5+ years of experience with Kafka and reactive/event-driven programming
- Solid understanding of OOP design principles and design patterns
- Experience with multi-threading and concurrency
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes
