Job Summary
Senior AI Engineer sought to lead design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade AI and GenAI applications. Responsibilities include building LLM-powered solutions, agentic AI and multi-agent workflows, RAG architectures, and cloud-native services on Microsoft Azure. Role requires translating business requirements into scalable AI applications, establishing best practices for architecture, testing, deployment, and governance. Collaboration with product managers, data engineers, architects, and stakeholders is essential, along with mentoring teammates and driving innovation in AI engineering. Must have extensive experience in AI/ML, Python (and Java), and hands-on work with modern AI frameworks, A2A/multi-agent systems, MCP protocol integrations, vector databases, semantic search, and distributed systems.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in Software Engineering or AI/ML related roles
- Strong proficiency in Python and working knowledge of Java
- Experience building AI/Generative AI applications using modern frameworks
- Expertise in Agentic AI frameworks and Agent-to-Agent architectures
- Experience with MCP protocol integrations and multi-agent communication
- Knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, and context engineering
- Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Familiarity with vector embeddings, semantic search, and knowledge retrieval
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud and cloud-native app development
- Knowledge of containerization, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and MLOps practices
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and architectural thinking
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
- Bachelor’s or higher in a related field (implied by seniority)
