Job Summary
Senior AI Engineer at TechSeed leading customer projects at the intersection of AI, data and intelligent systems. You will join a strategic initiative spanning XR, digital twins, operational intelligence, and AI-driven decision support, shaping offerings and delivery approaches alongside senior developers, architects, and innovation leaders. The role emphasizes hands-on software development, AI integration, and modern AI-enabled platforms within a consulting context, with most time spent on client engagements and contributing to future offerings. You will collaborate with engineers, architects, domain experts, and customers to deliver value through system development, AI capabilities, and production-ready solutions. You should be a strong developer with interest in AI and a track record of delivering impactful results in real-world environments, able to translate technology into business value while operating in a flexible, ownership-driven culture.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in system development and modern software development
- Strong proficiency in Python, C#, Java or similar languages
- Experience in backend development, APIs and integrations
- Experience with cloud platforms Azure, AWS or GCP
- Experience deploying solutions in mission-critical environments
- Experience with container technologies and modern development environments
- Ability to work autonomously in client projects and translate technology into business value
- Fluent Swedish and English
- Swedish citizenship is required for security reasons with clients
