Job Summary
Design, develop, and deploy AI models and services for NLP, document processing, and forecasting. Integrate transformer-based models for classification, summarization, and translation tasks. Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to deliver AI solutions aligned with business goals. Ensure model reliability, scalability, and performance across multilingual and document-centric applications while applying ethical AI practices. Contribute to technical documentation, experimentation frameworks, and best practices in AI delivery. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, including production deployment of ML models
- Strong programming skills in Python
- experience with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn)
- Solid understanding of NLP techniques
- hands-on experience with multilingual or document-based pipelines
- Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure, GCP)
- experience with hybrid/on-prem environments
- Familiarity with model monitoring, versioning, and lifecycle management
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams
