Senior AI Engineer

Senior AI Engineer in PA Consulting's Digital & Data team. Hybrid working (minimum two days in office per week) across offices in the UK and globally, with opportunities to work on AI/GenAI projects, LangChain/LlamaIndex/Hugging Face implementations, RAG prototypes, vector stores, knowledge graphs, and GenAI workflows. Role involves problem solving with clients, collaboration across cross-disciplinary teams, exposure to cloud-native environments (AWS/GCP/Azure), DevOps practices, API integrations, distributed systems, microservices, and prompt/context engineering. Engages in agile practices, in-person whiteboarding sessions, and continuous learning with a budget for courses and certifications; participates in rounds of competency/technical interviews and a final leadership discussion.
