Senior AI Engineer

Senior AI Engineer role within PA Consulting's Digital & Data community. You will work on AI-focused projects across multiple clients, collaborating with product, design, and other experts to deliver software solutions. Key focus areas include AI toolchains, LLMs, and GenAI workflows, with hands-on work using LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, and APIs from OpenAI/Anthropic; building retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) prototypes, and developing agentic architectures. You'll engage with cloud-native environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) and DevOps/DevSecOps practices, participate in live in-person whiteboarding sessions, and contribute to internal projects while supporting client-focused work. The role involves hybrid work with minimum two days per week on client site or in the office, and may include time at client sites up to five days per week.
