Job Summary
As a Senior AI Engineer, you will independently execute key elements of AI engineering projects, focusing on the design, development, and productionization of scalable AI/ML systems. Responsibilities include delivering project components, designing training pipelines, automating delivery workflows using CI/CD practices, and ensuring operational stability while adhering to ethical guidelines. Key skills include strong experience in AI engineering and MLOps, model performance monitoring, data and feature engineering, and production-grade service development. This role requires collaboration across teams and mentorship of junior engineers.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience operationalizing AI/ML models end-to-end
- CI/CD for ML systems including testing automation and model registry/version management
- Model performance monitoring including drift detection and telemetry patterns
- Experience with feature pipelines and embedding/vector workflows
- Strong fundamentals in ML model evaluation and hyperparameter tuning
- Practical understanding of fine-tuning and RAG patterns
- Building production-grade services/APIs that integrate AI workflows
- Solid software engineering fundamentals: clean architecture, code quality, automated tests, performance optimization
