Senior AI Engineer

Senior AI Engineer (Full-Stack / Applications) to design, build, and operate production-grade, cloud-native applications with AI at their core. Role blends strong software engineering with deep AI expertise to deliver robust, scalable, user-facing products. Responsibilities span end-to-end AI-powered features—from scoping and requirements to deployment, monitoring, and iteration—across the full stack using a tech stack including Google Cloud, AWS, Firebase, Python, Typescript, Django, Terraform, React, BigQuery, and more. Collaborative, cross-functional work; ownership of AI inference pipelines, evaluation frameworks, and production readiness; stay current with AI advances and contribute to hiring and onboarding; participate in on-call rotations and define SLOs. Requirements emphasize pragmatic problem solving, strong communication, and a T-shaped skill set with deep expertise in at least one area (Frontend with React/TS; Backend Python; or AI with deployment, evaluation, and monitoring). Desired experience includes building production AI systems, MLOps/LLOps, production monitoring, and cloud-native architectures. Salary range is $150,000 - $160,000, remote but tied to the New York office (120 Broadway).
