Job Summary
Identify business needs, explore data and AI use cases, and drive projects from concept to production. Own work end-to-end, designing robust solutions using LLMs, RAG pipelines, and vector databases while experimenting with new models and tools. Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to balance technical excellence with practical impact across industries like customer service automation and knowledge management. Build real-world applications using Python, cloud services, and modern AI frameworks.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in computer science, AI, data science or similar field
- 3+ years of experience in machine learning or AI engineering
- hands-on AI projects in production
- Proficiency in Python
- cloud-based AI services (GCP, AWS, or Azure)
- Solid understanding of data analysis/engineering
- AI-specific components like RAG, prompt design, fine-tuning, embeddings, and model evaluation
- Familiar with DevOps and ML-Ops best practices (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD)
- Strong problem-solving skills

- English (both written and spoken)
- A valid work permit for Germany
