Job Summary
Develop and scale end-to-end AI applications and MLOps pipelines using your deep software engineering background. Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI agent systems, from orchestration and tool integration to production deployment and monitoring. Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, embedding workflows, and semantic search solutions where appropriate. Research, experiment with, and develop classical and state-of-the-art AI models across NLP, Computer Vision, Deep Generative Models, Graph Neural Networks, and Reinforcement Learning to improve and optimize JYSK's business processes. Collaborate closely with data, AI, and platform engineers on complex projects to integrate cutting-edge models into impactful AI products. Manage AI workloads on Google Cloud Platform to ensure optimal performance and resource efficiency. Working with architects to refine AI solution design and contributing to solution planning phases. Support end-users of AI solutions with a "you build it, you own it" mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field
- 5+ years of industry experience in software engineering, designing and implementing AI solutions at scale using Python
- Strong foundation in machine learning algorithms, with experience spanning both discriminative and generative models applied to structured data, natural language, and vision
- Experience developing, deploying, operating, and monitoring AI models in production at scale, preferably on Google Cloud Platform (or equivalent experience with Azure or AWS and a willingness to work with GCP)
- Hands-on experience in one of the following areas: Building AI agents at scale integrated with advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, Pre-training, fine-tuning, or post-training large language models (LLMs), Developing and deploying state-of-the-art generative AI solutions for computer vision in real-world environments
- Ability to work independently on complex technical challenges while collaborating effectively with stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes
