Job Summary
Design and build AI agents that continuously analyze ServiceNow Discovery logs, classify failures, and recommend corrective actions at enterprise scale. Develop agentic observability capabilities for MID Servers and Discovery schedules by integrating LLM APIs with RAG and vector databases. Convert operational runbooks into reusable workflows using advanced Python engineering while assessing ecosystem health, throughput, and latency. Collect and interpret metrics from monitoring platforms to identify patterns and root causes. This role requires production-grade Python, CI/CD experience, and strong infrastructure troubleshooting skills. You will work remotely with flexible hours, contributing to award-winning software for Fortune 500 brands and startups.
