Job Summary
Design and build AI agents that continuously analyze ServiceNow Discovery logs, classify failures, and recommend corrective actions at enterprise scale. Develop agentic observability capabilities for MID Servers and Discovery schedules by integrating LLM APIs, RAG, and vector databases to convert operational runbooks into reusable workflows. Build agents that assess ecosystem health, collect telemetry from monitoring platforms, and identify patterns in high-volume logs to reduce manual investigation. Requires advanced Python, CI/CD, and infrastructure troubleshooting skills.
