Job Summary
Design and build AI agents that continuously analyze ServiceNow Discovery logs, classify failures, and recommend corrective actions at enterprise scale. Develop agentic observability capabilities for MID Servers and Discovery schedules by integrating LLM APIs using RAG and vector databases. Convert operational runbooks into reusable agentic workflows to improve Discovery reliability and reduce manual investigation. Assess the health of the ServiceNow Discovery ecosystem, including target execution, throughput, and coverage, while collecting and interpreting metrics from monitoring platforms. Requires advanced Python, CI/CD experience, and strong infrastructure troubleshooting skills. 100% remote work with flexible hours.
