Job Summary
Design and build AI agents that continuously analyze ServiceNow Discovery logs, classify failures, and recommend corrective actions at enterprise scale. Develop agentic observability capabilities for MID Servers and Discovery schedules by integrating LLM APIs using RAG and vector databases. Convert operational runbooks into reusable agentic workflows to reduce manual investigation and improve Discovery reliability. Collect, aggregate, and interpret metrics and telemetry from monitoring platforms and other data sources to assess ecosystem health. Requires advanced Python, Gen AI API integration, and infrastructure troubleshooting skills. 100% remote work with flexible hours.
