Job Summary
Design and build production-grade Generative AI applications, intelligent agents, and multi-agent workflows using Azure-native services and open-source frameworks. Integrate these solutions with enterprise data platforms like Microsoft Fabric while translating business use cases into secure, scalable architectures. Lead technical initiatives by mentoring engineers and driving architectural decision-making for LLM-powered chat solutions and orchestration systems. Operate within European business hours on a 12-month hybrid contract with a focus on applied AI at enterprise scale.
Required Qualifications
- 8–10 years of overall IT experience
- 2–3+ years delivering LLM-powered production solutions
- Strong hands-on experience building GenAI solutions on Azure
- Deep expertise in Azure AI services and AI application architecture
- Advanced Python skills for AI/ML and application development
- Strong understanding of Prompt engineering
- Strong understanding of Orchestration patterns
- Strong understanding of Agent-based design
- Strong understanding of Enterprise AI architecture
- Experience working with Microsoft Fabric
- Ability to take ownership and lead from the front technically
