Senior AI Engineer

Senior AI Engineer to build AI and agent-first products and features end-to-end which directly contribute to G2’s organizational goals. Responsibilities include contributing across the full software stack to deliver user journeys to production, designing and building agents that apply prompts, context, tools, and model reasoning, ensuring solutions are observable, maintainable, scalable, and production-ready, validating solutions through functional requirements, QA methods, model-based evaluations, and agent tracing, and incorporating agentic software engineering techniques throughout the SDLC. You will actively participate in product definition with designers and PMs, ship features and MVP iterations early in the product definition phase, balance UX quality with practical business needs, and collaborate with engineering stakeholders to identify feasible technology and implementation constraints. You will also influence other engineers by sharing knowledge and championing AI solutions for engineering and product tasks, accelerating product velocity and execution.
