Job Summary
Design and deliver Generative AI solutions across the enterprise, building and deploying LLM-powered applications that leverage enterprise data using prompts, RAG, vector stores, and tooling (agents). Implement evaluation, monitoring, guardrails, and governance to address hallucinations, bias, and performance in production. Integrate with AWS/Azure services (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Azure Machine Learning), Databricks (Spark, Delta Lake), and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub). Collaborate on enterprise data workflows, embeddings, and knowledge systems to enable scalable GenAI platforms. Education and hands-on experience with modern GenAI frameworks and continuous learning in this space are required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering
- Hands-on experience designing and deploying Generative AI solutions on AWS and Azure (including Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Azure Machine Learning)
- Strong expertise in prompt engineering, RAG architectures, embeddings, and vector databases (e.g., Databricks Vector Search, FAISS)
- Proficiency with Databricks (Spark, Delta Lake) for data preparation and integration with GenAI workflows
- Experience with Azure DevOps and GitHub for CI/CD and GenAI application lifecycle management
- Experience with AI/LLM evaluation frameworks, including prompt/response evaluation, hallucination detection, safety filtering, and benchmark-driven optimization
- Continuous learning in GenAI frameworks and prompt engineering techniques
