Job Summary
Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI applications and intelligent automation platforms using Large Language Models, RAG, AI Agents, and Vector Search. Build scalable backend services, APIs, and microservices supporting AI workloads on cloud-native infrastructure. Develop and optimize AI orchestration pipelines for agentic workflows while integrating AI capabilities into enterprise products and business processes. Monitor, optimize, and continuously improve AI model performance, reliability, and scalability. Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, Data Engineers, and Software Engineers to deliver innovative AI solutions and evaluate emerging technologies for adoption.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong experience with Python and modern backend development
- Experience developing AI-powered applications using LLMs and Generative AI
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, Microservices, Distributed Systems, and Cloud Architecture
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and system scalability
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience building enterprise AI copilots or autonomous AI agents
- Experience with OCR, Document Intelligence, and Knowledge Management systems
- Knowledge of AI governance, security, and responsible AI practices
- Experience deploying scalable AI services in production environments
- Familiarity with OpenAPI Specification (OAS), Model Context Protocol (MCP), and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication
