Job Summary
Develop key AI architecture patterns including RAG, text-to-sql, and multi-agent workflows to create end-to-end production-grade agents. Optimize large language model performance through prompt and context engineering while implementing function calling and tool use patterns. Build and maintain AI pipelines using LangChain or LangGraph, deploying solutions on Azure OpenAI or AWS Bedrock. Establish observability for performance tracking and automate orchestration via CI/CD. Evaluate and benchmark models to ensure reliability. This role supports mission-critical financial services solutions across lending, payments, and universal banking, collaborating with global teams to deliver software that powers over 7,000 customers.
Required Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Python for AI/ML development
- Understanding of large language models, their inner workings, capabilities, and limitations
- Knowledge of prompt engineering, context engineering, AI agent patterns (RAG, text-to-sql, etx)
- Hands-on experience with at least one framework: LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar
- Familiarity with vector stores (Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, FAISS, etc.) for embeddings and retrieval
- Understanding of Git workflows, version control with GitHub, and software development best practices
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams with sprint-based development
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Exposure to AI-assisted development tooling (e.g. GitHub CoPilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent)
