Job Summary
Develop, refine, and establish best practices for effective prompt engineering across the organization while coaching business users to maximize AI solution utilization. Create comprehensive guides, templates, and resources for prompt engineering, then troubleshoot and optimize prompts for better outcomes. Provide hands-on technical support to business users implementing AI solutions, conduct training sessions on AI tools and prompt best practices, and help integrate AI tools into business workflows. Document and share technical learnings and case studies across the organization, stay current with AI platforms and emerging capabilities, and mentor junior technical staff on AI implementation. Lead technical communities of practice and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience with AI, machine learning, and/or LLM technologies
- Advanced expertise in prompt engineering and AI tool utilization
- Deep technical knowledge of AI capabilities, limitations, and best practices
- Strong ability to break down complex AI concepts into practical guidance
- Excellent communication skills, particularly with non-technical business users
- Experience in technical training and mentoring
- Hands-on experience with multiple AI platforms and tools
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field
- Certification in AI/ML or related technical areas
- Experience with AI model fine-tuning and customization
- Knowledge of AI governance and responsible AI practices
