Job Summary
Implement and maintain components of the agentic AI framework using open-source tools like LangChain and CrewAI to build agents for diverse clinical use cases. Write clean Python code for AI workflows, APIs, and data integration tasks while collaborating with product engineers to integrate these agents into customer-facing applications. Assist in testing, debugging, and improving performance of AI-powered workloads, ensuring reliability within a regulated environment. Complete all responsibilities outlined in the annual performance review and special projects as assigned. This role supports the development of foundational components for our clinical AI platform, including the NLP integration layer and golden dataset pipeline.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 5 years of software engineering experience, with exposure to AI/ML concepts or platforms
- Solid programming skills in Python
- Hands-on experience with at least one agentic AI framework (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen) through projects, internships, or work experience
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Exposure to orchestration frameworks (Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with modern LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
- Flexibility to work with global teams as well geographically dispersed US based teams
- Must be able to provide high-speed internet access / connectivity and office setup and maintenance
- Must be able to provide a dedicated, secure work area
Desired Qualifications
- familiarity with frameworks like FastAPI or Flask a plus
- Experience in Risk Adjustment coding
