Job Summary
Senior AI Engineer role focused on building and shipping production-grade GenAI and ML applications. You will own technical delivery from design through deployment for full stack ML and GenAI workflows that directly impact how the organization operates. Must have strong Python production experience and hands-on experience deploying ML/GenAI systems, with a solid understanding of the full development lifecycle from prototyping to production. The role requires the ability to work cross-functionally and clearly communicate technical tradeoffs, and to thrive in structured, high-expectation environments. Pluses include experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Airflow or Prefect, exposure to RAG architectures and vector databases, fine-tuning pipelines, and background in process automation or enterprise workflow modernization.
Required Qualifications
- Strong Python engineering background with production application experience
- Hands on experience building or deploying ML or GenAI systems
- Solid understanding of the full development lifecycle, from prototyping to production
- Ability to work cross functionally and communicate technical tradeoffs clearly
- Comfortable operating in structured, high expectation environments
