Job Summary
Senior AI Engineer to architect, design, develop, and test critical product features and sub-systems ensuring high quality. Lead a team of engineers in algorithm/model design and development, provide mentorship to junior engineers, track milestones and releases, and lead continuous process improvements. Role focuses on applying AI/ML/CV/DL techniques to real-world problems for government and commercial markets, with emphasis on leadership, collaboration, and effective communication in a fast-paced, team-centric environment. Expertise in Python and AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, OpenCV) plus tools (NumPy, Pandas, MATLAB) and Agile development are highly valued.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Statistics, or Mathematics)
- Proficiency in Python with a strong programming background
- Strong Knowledge in AI, ML, and DL theory and concepts
- Experience developing, training, and validating AI models to solve real world problems
- 5+ years progressive professional experience
- United States Citizenship
