Senior AI Engineer

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to join new AI-augmented delivery pods—integrating AI engineering, data science, and product management to transform finance and operations for PE-backed portfolio companies. You will design and build multi-agent systems and RAG pipelines that automate financial workflows, own the full stack from prompt engineering through deployment and monitoring, practice eval-driven development, translate ambiguous client problems into engineering requirements, and present architectural decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders (including CFOs and PE operators). Expect to ship end-to-end agentic solutions in client engagements, establish evaluation infrastructure for your pod, and travel to client sites as needed. The role emphasizes fast, end-to-end delivery in a high-velocity environment with collaboration across AI engineers, data scientists, and product teams; strong emphasis on delivering measurable quality improvements in production AI systems within a consulting-like setting.
