Job Summary
Design agent architectures, prompts, and reasoning chains that drive real production decisions. Build evaluation pipelines, benchmarks, and quality gates to ensure AI reliability before deployment. Construct reusable libraries, templates, and reference implementations that accelerate squad AI integration. Challenge the product development lifecycle to replace manual friction with agentic workflows from scoping through monitoring. This full-time role in Mountain View offers a base salary of $228,000 - $279,000 plus equity and benefits. The position requires a hybrid schedule with two in-office days per week.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of full-time software engineering experience
- at least 2 years building tooling, platforms, or internal developer products
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent industry experience
- Hands-on experience with LLM integration patterns
