Job Summary
Lead Claude implementations as a repeatable service for MSP partners, conducting discovery, SWOT sessions, and translating business problems into scalable AI workflows. Design and deploy end-to-end solutions using Claude Code and the API, building production-ready agents, integrations, and micro-SaaS applications that transform manual processes. Serve as the senior escalation point for complex automations, performing root-cause analysis and advising partners on strategy, governance, and technology roadmaps. Manage competing priorities while maintaining and improving existing automations across multiple client environments.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrable hands-on experience building with Claude, with a portfolio item such as a repository, shipped application, live agent, working automation, or micro-SaaS solution that can be reviewed
- Proven experience using Claude Code to build finished, functioning solutions rather than experimental prototypes
- Senior-level experience building, troubleshooting, and supporting production automation, including the ability to maintain and improve automations created by others
- Strong consultative and discovery skills, with the ability to work directly with business owners and stakeholders, ask effective questions, identify root problems, and translate business needs into technical solutions
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with engineers, business stakeholders, MSP partners, and end customers
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, investigate unfamiliar technologies, and own projects and technical problems through resolution
- Strong understanding of AI automation concepts, including workflow design, integrations, agents, prompting, and production support
- Advanced English – written and spoken
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in or with MSPs and managing solutions across multiple client environments with varying standards and documentation
- Hands-on experience with workflow automation platforms such as Rewst, n8n, Make, Zapier, or Power Automate
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power BI
- Experience with other AI tools and platforms, including ChatGPT, Codex, and OpenAI APIs
- Experience establishing AI governance, security, supportability, and adoption standards for organizations
- Experience building and deploying internal AI tools or customer-facing micro-SaaS products
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate new AI capabilities quickly and translate emerging functionality into practical business applications
