Job Summary
Senior AI Automation Engineer responsible for designing, building, and optimizing integrations, automations, and advanced AI workflows across core platforms (Salesforce, NetSuite, Snowflake, Slack). Own the Workato automation stack, develop scalable AI workflows, and implement agentic capabilities enabling systems to act as intelligent tools. Focus on integration development, agentic system design, data/RAG pipeline management, and AI operations including observability, cost monitoring, and governance. Proficient in Python, Ruby, SQL, or JavaScript with API-driven development; strong emphasis on delivering measurable improvements in system efficiency and reliability. Must collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable automated solutions and maintain documentation and governance practices.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in integration, automation, AI, or software engineering
- 1+ year hands-on experience with Workato
- Proven expertise with Enterprise iPaaS (Workato, Mulesoft, or similar)
- Experience designing, implementing, and architecting AI workflows and integrations across Salesforce, NetSuite, Slack, and Snowflake
- Hands-on programming experience (Python, Ruby, SQL, or JavaScript)
- Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Snowflake Cortex Search, pgvector for Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Experience with AI/ML concepts and implementing agentic architecture in enterprise environments
- Experience with Cloud Platforms (GCP or AWS)
- GitHub for version control, Jira for work tracking, and Confluence for documentation
