Senior AI Automation Engineer to embed across Later’s teams (Operations, Finance, Marketing, Customer Success) and replace manual, repetitive work with durable AI-powered tooling. Build automations and internal tools using AI-native platforms, scripting, and APIs; wire together LLMs, agents, and RAG patterns with existing systems; ship v1s quickly and harden prototypes for production with reliability and observability. Coach non-technical colleagues to enable citizen developers, develop reusable components and templates, and communicate tradeoffs to non-technical audiences. Collaborate across multiple lines of business, define workflows, identify high-impact automation opportunities, and deliver measurable business impact through scalable automation solutions. Scale with governance, documentation, and a systematic platform approach to grows org-wide automation capabilities.
