Job Summary
Senior AI & Automation Engineer responsible for designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI-driven automation solutions across the enterprise. Focus on building intelligent chatbots and AI agents, Python-based automation, and scalable integrations using modern AI platforms. Key duties include implementing LLM-powered solutions, prompt engineering, agentic AI concepts, and MCP, developing REST APIs and backend services to integrate with enterprise systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Workday, Microsoft 365), enabling workflow automation with Power Automate/Power Apps, monitoring performance, and mentoring junior engineers within an Agile/Scrum environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience building conversational AI or virtual agent solutions
- Strong proficiency in Python for automation and backend development
- Solid understanding of NLP concepts, LLM-based systems, prompt engineering, agentic AI, and MCP
- Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise platforms using REST APIs and microservices
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum development teams
- Ability to independently manage end-to-end solution delivery
