Job Summary
Senior AI Architect to define and evolve the Data & AI platform architecture, deliver architecture blueprints and implementation strategies, and collaborate with Data Science and AI Developers to deliver discriminative ML and Gen-AI solutions. Will ensure architectures align with corporate vision, meet security and data protection standards, and leverage automation and governance best practices. Works with multidisciplinary teams to translate business problems into technological solutions and communicates complex ideas to stakeholders. Strong background in DevOps/MLOps, cloud ecosystems (AWS and GCP), and AI technologies, with ability to navigate a flexible, hybrid work model.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology/software engineering or any combination of equivalent education and experience
- At least 5 years of significant experience in software development
- At least 5 years of experience in an application or solution architecture role
- Knowledge of DevOps paradigms (DataOps, DevSecOps, MLOps)
- Knowledge of AWS ecosystem (Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, API Gateway, ALB, CloudWatch, ECS/Fargate, AWS Bedrock)
- Knowledge of GCP ecosystem (Compute Engine, Cloud Run, Cloud Storage, BigQuery)
- Knowledge of other ML/AI technologies (Databricks, Snowflake, AWS SageMaker, VertexAI)
- Knowledge of Contact Center AI Services (DialogFlow, AgentAssist)
- Experience with TOGAF architecture framework is an asset
- Bilingualism for candidates located in Quebec (English/French) is required; must be eligible to work in Canada
