Senior AI Architect

Job Summary
Lead discovery with senior stakeholders to identify high-impact agentic use cases and translate complex business problems into production-ready AI system designs. Architect secure, auditable agentic workflows covering reasoning, tool use, and data access, then drive solutions from prototype to AltaForge production deployment. Define evaluation standards to measure outcomes, support account growth through successful delivery, and ensure all systems align for reusability and scale. Achieve 6–8 production deployments annually with strong time-to-value and high client satisfaction. Partner closely with industry vertical leaders, engineering teams, and executive stakeholders in this hybrid technical and commercial role.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in AI/ML, architecture, or technical strategy roles
- Deep experience with agentic AI, RAG systems, orchestration, and tool integration
- Experience supporting the deployment of AI systems into enterprise or regulated environments
- Strong systems thinking and architectural judgment
- Executive presence and ability to operate across technical and commercial domains
- Bias toward production, accountability, and measurable outcomes
- Must be trained and well-versed in the importance of Responsible AI
- Must be empowered to enact RAI principles by developing and deploying AI solutions
- Must be empowered to raise and escalate RAI concerns as required
