Senior AI Applied Engineer

Senior AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI-driven solutions for banking. Responsibilities include agentic orchestration and development of complex agent platforms using LangChain; building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and GraphRAG pipelines; designing distributed AI services in Kubernetes; implementing robust Observability and Evaluation through LangSmith, LangFuse, and Promptfoo; developing Skills and MCP-based tool integrations; designing Human-in-the-Loop patterns for governance and accuracy; and mentoring junior engineers while contributing to internal AI strategy. Technical requirements include LangChain expertise, autonomous agent/assistant platform experience, RAG architectures, Java proficiency, Kubernetes-based system architecture, and experience with Agentic Ops platforms. Nice-to-have: Python, DevOps/CICD, fintech/domain security/compliance knowledge. Deployment stack includes Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure; languages Java, Python; frameworks LangChain, LangGraph, FastAPI; tools LangSmith, LangFuse, Promptfoo, MCP.
