Job Summary
Senior AI Agent Engineer responsible for designing and delivering AI-driven, integrated solutions for enterprise customers. Collaborate with sales to capture requirements, act as the technical expert post-sales, demonstrate product capabilities, assess customer systems for integration points, deliver customized configurations and prototypes, guide implementation, relay customer feedback to product teams, provide post-sales support, and create technical documentation. Requires 7+ years in a solutions engineering/technical consulting role, a CS/engineering degree, proficiency in Python/Java, API/data integration/cloud experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple engagements. Nice-to-have: AI/ML familiarity, insurance/fintech domain experience, and cloud certifications. Location is hybrid in Boston, MA; San Francisco/Berkeley, CA with 2 days in-office per week; salary range $120,000–$220,000 plus benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in a solutions engineering or technical consulting role
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar
- Familiarity with APIs, data integration, and cloud platforms
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple customer engagements
- Nice to have: AI/ML experience, insurance tech experience, cloud certifications
