Job Summary
Build and deploy AI agent tools that help engineering teams accelerate software development. Continuously oversee the latest AI agent, LLM, and auto-coding technologies to improve tool capabilities. Optimize AI-assisted coding workflows to enhance usability, code quality, and development efficiency. Work closely with engineers to translate real-world development problems into practical tool improvements. Analyze, debug, and resolve sophisticated toolchain issues to ensure a smooth developer experience. Create guidelines and documentation to support successful adoption across engineering teams. This role is based in Taiwan and requires a BS/MS in Computer Science or a related field with 5+ years of experience in software engineering and AI application development.
Required Qualifications
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, AI application development, or a related field
- Strong hands-on experience in AI agents, LLM-based applications, prompt engineering, RAG, tool calling, or AI workflow automation
- Practical experience building AI-powered applications, coding assistants, automation tools, or developer productivity solutions
- Solid understanding of software development workflows, including coding, debugging, testing, version control, code review, and CI/CD
- Ability to continuously supervise the latest AI agent and LLM technologies, evaluate their practical value, and apply them to improve tool usability, reliability, and output quality
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand engineering problems and deliver effective AI-based solutions
Desired Qualifications
- Strong programming skills in Tcl/C++/Python, with the ability to design, implement, debug, and maintain high-quality tools
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with strong ownership and a passion for innovation
