Job Summary
Senior AI Agent Developer to Helsinki office. Build AI Agents and Agent Evals, architect scalable systems for deploying AI agents, and drive technical decisions across Python and React. Translate real-world challenges into clear technical requirements, own major components of delivery, lead high-impact initiatives, and collaborate with customers for feedback and insights. Role emphasizes production-grade software delivery, hands-on work with LLMs and prompt engineering, React frontends, Python across the stack, and contributing to best practices within a small, high-talent team. Office-based with an approximate 2 days/week in-office hybrid setup; visa sponsorship and relocation are not offered.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years experience building production-grade software applications
- Strong hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering
- Proven ability to build production-grade React applications
- High proficiency in Python (and comfortable across the stack)
- Ability to walk through at least one real AI/LLM project delivered
- Comfortable moving fast and adapting in a changing environment
- Confident in communicating with customers and translating technical concepts to business stakeholders
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and delivering end-to-end AI solutions
