Job Summary
As a Senior Agiler Projektleiter at ZEISS Digital Innovation, you will take overall responsibility for project management, ensuring successful implementation by mediating between classic and agile sides of the client. You will plan, control, and evaluate projects, addressing risks and obstacles while fostering agile software development in traditional project environments. Successful candidates will possess extensive experience managing complex custom software projects, a strong grasp of digitalization in production, and excellent communication skills in both German and English.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience in project management of complex custom software development projects
- Strong understanding of digitalization projects in production and Industry 4.0/IIoT
- Proficient in classical project management techniques and agile methodologies
- Excellent communication skills in German and English at C1 or C2 level
- Strong customer and results orientation
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of OPC UA standard
- Experience in contract management
- Skills in offer creation
