Senior Agentic NetSuite Developer

Job Summary
Senior Agentic NetSuite Developer responsible for driving the modernisation of the ERP platform and integration landscape, leading architecture that connects NetSuite to other systems, and shaping how AI and agentic tooling are used to improve ERP work. You will own the NetSuite platform and AI strategy, design agentic workflows for financial processes (reconciliations, approvals, data routing) end-to-end with human oversight, lead integration architecture across NetSuite and adjacent systems, drive compliance and continuous improvement through AI-assisted data analysis, and provide technical mentorship while collaborating across Finance, Tech, Procurement, and external partners. Requirements include 6+ years of ERP experience with NetSuite, a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, an agentic development mindset, strong knowledge of financial processes, and proven leadership and communication capabilities. Desirable extras include experience with NetSuite integrations (Salesforce), SuiteCommerce Advanced, ARM, SuiteApp tools, and modern DevOps practices; Agile experience; Equal opportunity ethos. Location includes Stockholm, Sweden with remote options; full-time role.
Required Qualifications
- At least 6 years of hands-on ERP experience with strong NetSuite expertise across configuration, SuiteScript, workflows, and integrations — ideally in a publicly listed or compliance-heavy environment
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Business Information Technology, or a related field
- An agentic development mindset and genuine understanding of how AI coding assistants and agentic tools change the ERP specialist's role
- Deep knowledge of financial processes and ERP architecture with the ability to design scalable solutions
- Strong project leadership and stakeholder communication with experience driving initiatives from discovery to measurable business impact
