Job Summary
Design and deploy advanced AI systems for conversational analytics, knowledge bases, QA automation, and immersive in-game experiences. Architect scalable solutions supporting real-time systems and player-facing features, while creating autonomous agents for decision-making and dynamic interaction. Lead strategic design across analytics, automation, and production pipelines, driving innovation in model context management and infrastructure observability. Mentor engineers, promote best practices, and present research to influence product vision.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in backend or full-stack development using Python
- hands-on AI experience with at least 2 years in a senior role
- Hands-on experience using agentic AI in day-to-day development to build, integrate, and optimize workflows with sub-agents, skills, MCP's, tool calling, etc.
- Strong hands-on experience in building scalable, high-performance APIs using frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, etc.
- Proven Track record of atleast 1 year of experience in cloud- native development in AWS /GCP or similar and containerization using Docker
- Strong background in software engineering best practices like CI/CD, Git workflows, testing strategies, and production-grade code quality
- Solid understanding of distributed systems, microservices architectures, and data management with both SQL and NoSQL technologies
- A strong sense of ownership and product thinking — proactively seeking ways to create value and drive impact
- Excellent problem-solving and system design skills, with a methodical and scalable approach to complex AI challenges
- Strong communicator with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and influence cross-team decisions
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with MLOps, reinforcement learning, computer vision, or game AI development
- Contributions to open-source AI projects or publications in AI-related domains
