Job Summary
Coordinate and manage loan originations and underwriting efforts by independently overseeing meetings, property site visits, due diligence activities, and key transaction milestones. Prepare, review, and submit CPC applications, underwriting packages, and Agency Multifamily loan processing documentation while ensuring accuracy and compliance with Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, and program requirements. Serve as the primary point of contact among underwriters, analysts, originators, borrowers, and vendors to drive transactions forward and resolve issues proactively. Independently assess documentation needs, manage outstanding item lists, and maintain data integrity within loan origination systems. Monitor regulatory changes and conduct comprehensive file reviews to confirm completeness and escalate material concerns.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of relevant multifamily real estate finance or loan processing experience
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States

Desired Qualifications
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Strong knowledge of Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, affordable housing, and/or conventional multifamily lending programs, including documentation, underwriting, and closing requirements
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple complex transactions simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, taking ownership of processes and driving transactions from inception through closing with minimal oversight
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat, and loan origination or underwriting systems
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant multifamily real estate finance or loan processing experience preferred
