Job Summary
Senior Agency Administrative Coordinator coordinates phone calls, data entry, scheduling appointments, preparing paperwork, creating and managing reports, arranging third-party services, and assisting Move Managers and Operations. The role also backs up the Office Accounting Manager in their absence and requires strong administrative skills, excellent customer service, proficient verbal communication, good organizational abilities, and the capacity to prioritize and multi‐task under deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of administrative and/or customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
