Senior Aftersales Manager / Aftersales Director (Talent Pool)

Define and execute aftersales strategies aligned with global expansion while building scalable operating models across service workshops, mobile service, and partner networks. Develop and manage service center and dealer networks to ensure consistent SLA compliance and performance across markets. Oversee spare parts supply chain, warranty policies, and fraud prevention while driving continuous improvement through audits and best practices. Lead implementation of digital systems including CRM, DMS, and OTA to optimize the end-to-end post-sales journey and improve customer retention. Build high-performing teams and establish KPIs within a fast-paced, high-growth environment as VinFast expands globally.
