Job Summary
Senior Affiliate Marketing Specialist at Castlery responsible for owning the affiliate channel strategy end-to-end in Singapore, driving revenue growth and operational excellence. Key duties include building and growing strategic affiliate partnerships, optimizing CPA and commission structures, leading channel planning and reporting to country and regional leadership, establishing scalable processes, collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Commercial and Digital teams, and identifying new growth opportunities to expand the affiliate channel and improve ROI. Requires 5+ years in affiliate/performance marketing, proficiency with platforms such as Impact.com/Partnerize/Awin, strong analytical skills (Power BI/Google Analytics), budget management, and excellent English communication for global stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, performance marketing or a similar commercial growth role.
- Demonstrated success in owning and growing a revenue-generating affiliate or partnership portfolio with accountability for commercial targets.
- Strong experience managing affiliate platforms such as Impact.com, Partnerize, Awin or equivalent.
- Proven ability to negotiate strategic partnerships, optimise commercial agreements and influence senior internal and external stakeholders.
- Highly analytical with strong proficiency in Power BI, Google Analytics or similar tools, and the ability to translate data into commercial decisions.
- Commercially astute with experience managing budgets, forecasting performance and optimising ROI across acquisition channels.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with experience managing stakeholders and partners across global markets, particularly the US.
