Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager

Own and execute the affiliate marketing channel strategy, operating plan, forecast, and performance for Go & Grow. Source, qualify, and close direct partnerships with publishers, content creators, comparison sites, and affiliate networks across Europe. Create segmentation, outreach, onboarding, and activation routines to move partners from prospect to live. Design and negotiate CPA, CPL, fixed-fee, and hybrid deals while defining the funnel from click to long-term investor value. Operate Target Circle/Circlewise and build partner- and cohort-level reporting on acquisition cost, revenue, retention, and net deposits. Test placements, content, landing pages, and localized messaging with Brand, CRM, Product, and Design. Apply country-specific financial-promotion rules, execute approval workflows, and manage disclosures with Legal and Compliance.
